Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To change address, please log into your account and click on “Address”(left sidebar tab), then click on “Edit Shipping Address” and fill out the detailed address information. Click the “Save” button to complete. However, if you want to change address for a specific order, it’s recommended to send us an email with correct shipping address and contact number. And please be informed that we are not able to change shipping address if the item has already been dispatched.
When order is dispatch, you will receive a email and order track number.

Please send email as soon as possible and add your order id and updated shipping address.
